Jens came back and brought the spirit with him: using new technology to completely rethink market needs. His goal is to reduce complexity through clever design, use AI transparently and efficiently, and build trust in the potential of new technology.
At Gentic7, he builds the stack and is responsible for Engineering and Strategy.
As entrepreneur and consultant, Bernhard specializes in integrating new technologies into products and organizations. With INSEAD credentials, SAP backed PhD and management experience at Bosch, Bain and VWC, he also serves on Mittelstand supervisory boards. His focus is the synchronisation of rule-based systems with autonomous AI networks—a crucial lever for process efficiency in organizations or high-performance products. Away from work, he is passionate about mountaineering and trail running, scuba diving and motorsport.

Robert Berki combines technology, organizational development, and pragmatic implementation with AI. As a computer scientist, he has poured his heart and soul into his projects at Porsche and CARIAD, from the Panamera and Taycan to the 911. For him, powerful products emerge where people understand their purpose and where organization, communication, and AI work together seamlessly. The world's lightest roadster gives him butterflies.

Cloud and platform architect with more than ten years in automotive software. At Daimler, Audi, and CARIAD: from developer SDKs through company-wide platforms to the cloud infrastructure for ADAS/AD that he leads today as Head of Cloud Platform & Infrastructure — including ML hardware and CI/CD for thousands of developers. His path starts in the workshop: trained industrial mechanic who knows when something actually runs.

Driver, manager, founder. Former CEO of the Volkswagen Group, supervisory board member at Infineon, Executive Chairman at The Mobility House. His startups serve as pilots — he tolerates early imperfection and advises until go-live is solid. His vision is to establish new enterprise processes in the German Mittelstand that combine digitalization, sustainability and human-centric solutions to shape transformation on the ground.
